Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return it to the place of purchase for a replacement or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty and Repair Policy

5 Owls products are guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects. Items with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of 5 Owls for the practical lifetime of the product. We do not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, misuse, UV degradation, alteration made by owner, animal damage, or neglect, but we may be able to make repairs for a nominal fee.

Returns and Exchanges

Products that are new and unused must be returned to the place of purchase with the original receipt. For products purchased directly from 5 Owls, you must request a return from within your online account area. To request a return of one or more items in an order, simply login and navigate to My Account and navigate to the Completed Orders section and click on the Return Item(s) button.

We highly recommend that you insure your package and include delivery confirmation on all packages sent to 5 Owls. We are not responsible for lost packages.
